Arcades On The Go will follow the CDC guidelines as designated by the area and scheduled date of the event.

Mask Mandates

It is required that every guest/gamer who enters our Gaming Coach wear a mask, whether store-bought or homemade. We are concerned for the safety and well-being of all our clients and will require all individuals who enter the Gaming Coach during Mask Mandates. 

Cleaning/Sanitizing Protocol

We will continue to follow the guidelines set by the State of Illinois. Rest assured that all Arcades On The Go equipment shall be thoroughly sanitized after any and every event, with similar precautions being taken between players.

PRIVACY POLICY

Arcades On The Go is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Arcades On the Go as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY

Arcades On The Go or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the Arcades On The Go equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

Additionally, Arcades On The Go reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to any Arcade On the Go equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of caused by client and/or client’s guests.

Arcades On The Go and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

TIPS

The Arcade Referee is there to ensure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. They tutor, assist, inspire and entertain. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
