FOOD/DRINKS POLICY
Arcades On The Go does not allow any food or drinks into the Arcade Zone. Please have your guests consume food drinks in a designated area outside of the Arcade Zone, prior to entering.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY
After submitting your Online party request, Arcades On the Go will review for approval. Upon approval of your request, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking.
A deposit of $150 will be due immediately, with a link for secure payment by credit or debit card. Remaining Balance is required on the day of your party when the Arcade Coach arrives and before setup begins.
Please pay balance using the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, cash (exact amount).
Please note: NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Arcades On The Go reservation. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and more than 14 days from scheduled event.
NO REFUNDS in the event of your party reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event.
Arcades On The Go will allow you to reschedule within the calendar year, with no penalty; to an AVAILABLE DATE should cancellation be necessary.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY
You may serve alcohol at an Arcades On The Go event or party; however, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Arcades On The Go equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.
Booking any party constitutes your agreement with our policies.
